  • Left kidney is palpable 

  • No diarrhea, hematochezia, or melena

  • History of self-limiting, gross hematuria 6 months ago; no current hematuria (4)

  • No cervical lymph node enlargement  

  • No wheezing or adventitious sounds

  • No edema or erythema

  • No focal neurologic signs 

  • No headache, nuchal rigidity, nausea/vomiting, blurred vision, or photophobia

  • BMI of 33.1 noted; overweight and obesity are predictors of ADPKD progression (5)
